Areas of Interest
- Hypersonic aerodynamics and aerothermodynamics, including laminar-to-turbulent transition and shock-wave/boundary-layer interactions, for both external and internal flows.
- Hypersonic facility development, specifically quiet wind tunnels.
- Instrumentation for high-speed flow diagnostics, including quantitative infrared thermography, pressure-sensitive paint, and background-oriented schlieren.
